Description:   EAN India is a non-profit organization promoted by Ministry of Commerce, with affiliation to EAN International, Belgium. It allocates article and location numbers for unique identification of products, services, companies and their locations across the world and is associated with facilitation of Electronic Commerce/EDI in India. EAN is closely involved with EDI initiatives in Auto/Pharma sectors for the use of EAN numbers in EDI document exchange.
